I work with women in leadership who carry significant responsibility — professionally or personally — and who do not want to lose themselves in the process.

Women who appear strong and capable, yet quietly sense that something no longer feels fully aligned.

Extended health challenges required me to slow down and reassess my relationship to performance, pressure and expectation. They taught me to take early signals seriously — physically, emotionally and mentally.

This awareness forms the foundation of my coaching today.

In our work together, the goal is not to become someone else. It is to reconnect with yourself — in how you think, how you respond and how you lead.

I work in a calm, structured and psychologically safe way.

A core element of my approach integrates aspects of Positive Intelligence®. It supports leaders in recognizing internal pressure patterns and strengthening conscious self-leadership.

Not by pushing harder. But by responding more deliberately.
